So there's a restaurant downtown that has come up with the perfect promotion for Wednesday nights. Manicures & Martinis. For the low price of $15 you can get a quick little manicure and any martini off their fairly extensive list.
The manicure was pretty good since they don't have a salon set-up. They shape the nail, give you the hand massage with some of the best lotion I have ever smelled, and paint them. And really, I just love the idea of getting a manicure and having a martini. There's just something about it. and let's just say I have become a big fan of the pomitini...

oh! if only i didn't work on wednesdays...a manicure and pomitini combo sounds fabulous!!
The problem is less that you have to work Wednesdays, but more that you work Thursdays too...
exactly, but this combo warrants some serious consideration about playing hooky on a thursday ;)
